Office Staff

Gail Dunn Office Assistant Gail, a Norwich resident, has been with us for a number of years now. She is a highly efficient office professional, and comes with many years of administrative office experience. Her specialty is streamlining the administrative paperwork. Her friendly face and bubbly personality is always a welcome experience when visiting our facility.		Linda Seymour Office Manager Linda, mother of Brent and wife to Skip, is our Office Manager with over 40 years experience in the automotive business. With her attention to detail, this place runs like clockwork! Linda also serves her community as a member of the Town Board of North Norwich.
Parts Department

Arnie Parker Parts Associate A resident of South New Berlin, Arnie has over 4 years experience in automotive and equipment parts. He also has past experience as a machinist. He is your best connection for virtually any vehicle or trailer component.
Sales Department

Brent Seymour Owner & General Manager As of August, Brent is our new Owner & General Manager with over 15 years experience in the automotive sales & repair profession. Brent, his wife and two children are currently living in Smyrna. Having grown up in and around the family business, he has become a trusted professional in our community, as well as an excellent supervisor within our own organization. With secondary roots in local agriculture, he has a broad background in trailer design, operation and sales, as well.		Erik Law Trailer Sales & Design Associate Erik, a native of this area and a professional automotive technician in his own right, comes to us with over 11 years experience in customer service and retail sales. His specialty is trailer design, specification and sales. He is the backbone of our trailer sales team.

Nick Donnison Vehicle Sales Associate Nick is our newest Automotive Sales Person. He is a life-long resident of Sherburne with 5 years experience in retail sales and customer service. He is rapidly becoming one of the community’s most enjoyable salesmen. (Everyone has fun buying from Nick!)		Paul Mirabito Vehicle Sales Associate Paul is a Norwich native, and has over 10 years in automotive sales. Retired from the Norwich Police Dept., Paul has earned a respected reputation in our community. His quiet and polite manner makes Paul one of our most popular salesmen.

Tim Stoddard Vehicle Sales Associate Another North Norwich native, Tim is an experienced automotive sales professional with background in all product lines. With many successful years with us earlier in his career, we are happy to welcome him back home now. Stop in and meet him, if you haven't done so already.
Service Department

Angus Cullipher Reconditioning Technician Angus has never been a stranger to hard work. He was born and raised on the family farm. In addition to making the cars shine, Angus can work on just about anything.		Bruce MacKenzie Trailer, Finance & Internet Sales Associate Day Off - Wednesday Native Binghamton transplant, after a 25-year career as a fire paramedic and a horse breeder/trainer/trailer dealer in Atlanta before returning to Smyrna with his family in 2002. One of our experienced sales & design staff. His broad background in professional livestock handling and commercial transportation will be an asset in any challenging situation. Bruce is active member of the Sherburne Lions Club, as well as Smyrna Village Trustee.

Craig Pike Senior Service Technician One of the finest diagnostic technicians in the area, we are happy to welcome him back home to North Norwich Motors. A local resident, Craig and his family have been in North Norwich for most of his life. If you have a difficult problem, Craig will get to the bottom of it, fast!		David Dungey Senior Reconditioning Technician David has over 10 years experience in detailing. Prior to coming to work here, he worked for a number of new car dealerships around the area. Dave has been with us for over six years now, and we don’t know what we would do without him.

Don "Wonder" Kuhn Service Technician “Wonder”, as he likes to be called, lives in South New Berlin with his wife and three children. He has over 20 years experience working in the auto repair business. With our constantly growing business, his value as a member of our service team continues to increase.		Frederick "Skip" Seymour Founder / Service Department Manager A lifetime Norwich resident, Skip is our founder, our leader and friend. With over 40 years of professional excellence and experience working with all brands of vehicles and trailers. There is no more respected business owner in the State, in the eyes of consumer and competitor, alike.

Josh Wellman Service Technician Josh has sucessfully moved from our detail department to a full-time position as one of our Service Technicians, following a full-term automotive specialties technical school in North Carolina. We learned a long time ago never to underestimate Josh's determination to succeed. He is a huge addition to our staff.		Mark Griffith Service Technician Mark comes to us with 35 years experience in the automotive business. He is one of the areas best mechanics with the knowledge of many different types of vehicles. From bumper to bumper, Mark can repair anything and everything!

Rich Burton Service Advisor Well we finally were able to get him back. A long-time veteran in the vehicle service business, it is our pleasure to announce Richie's return home to North Norwich Motors. His experience and broad background has kept him a valuable resource in the Service Department.		Rich Warner Service Technician Richie, another Norwich native, is our general vehicle service technician. While still learning his trade, Richie is one of our hardest working technicians, willing to take on any task placed before him. We are happy he chose to join our family here at North Norwich Motors.

Tommy Locastro Service Advisor With over 16 years of experience in the automotive service industry, Tommy brings with him the knowledge of many different types of vehicles, including, but not limited to Porshe, Jaguar, Volvo and Land Rover brands. Originally from Long Island, Tommy, and his family, now lives here in Norwich.
